PBF has had a long history with the development of this historical building in Piedmont. Starting in 1974 the building was donated to the City and relocated to its current location. Plans for development were paid for and ultimately resulted in landscape planting, dry pond installation, decking, new railings, tree and under bench lighting, new benches, and total restoration of the Tea House.
